Terms of Service - OnTimeBoost BDO Boosting
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our BDO boosting services operated by OnTimeBoost. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms outline the agreement between you (the 'Customer') and OnTimeBoost regarding the provision of in-game boosting services.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
1.1. By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm your full and unconditional agreement with these Terms.
1.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site and its services.
1.3. All information on the Site is provided in English. By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the Site in English.
2. Description of Services
2.1. OnTimeBoost provides professional boosting and consulting services for the game Black Desert Online (BDO), as described on the service pages of our website.
2.2. Account Safety: We perform all services using industry-standard security measures, including VPN, Privacy Mode, and optional Live Stream monitoring to minimize risk. However, the Customer acknowledges that using any third-party service carries an inherent risk.
2.3. The Customer is solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of Black Desert Online, as set forth by Pearl Abyss.
3. Purchases & Payment
3.1. Order Process
After purchasing a service, you will receive an email with order details. Our support team will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm payment and discuss order fulfillment.
3.2. Payment Information
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) used for a Purchase. By submitting information, you grant us the right to provide it to third parties to facilitate the payment.
3.3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed via secure payment gateways.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. The Customer agrees not to violate the intellectual property rights of OnTimeBoost or third parties.
4.2. The Customer guarantees that they are the rightful owner of the account for which the service is ordered.
4.3. The Customer is responsible for providing correct login credentials and ensuring necessary access for service completion (e.g., temporarily disabling Two-Factor Authentication if required).
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Eligibility for Full Refund
A full refund is available in the following cases:

Customer makes a double payment or pays by mistake.

OnTimeBoost fails to start or complete the purchased service.

Customer requests a refund before the order has been started.
5.2. Partial Refunds
If services have been partially completed, OnTimeBoost reserves the right to assess a partial refund amount from 10% to 80% of the total order value.
5.3. Non-Refundable Services
We do not provide refunds if the service was performed as described but did not meet the Customer's subjective expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our services are provided "as is". OnTimeBoost is not responsible for sanctions from game developers (including disqualifications and account bans) imposed on the Customer.
6.2. The Customer remains solely responsible for the security of their account and any subsequent changes to their account credentials.
6.3. OnTimeBoost's total liability shall not exceed the total value of the service purchased.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. We treat your account information with the utmost confidentiality. Login credentials are used solely for completing the purchased service and are deleted upon completion.
7.2. We do not store your payment information.
7.3. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data by contacting us at OnTimeBoost2020@gmail.com.
8. Changes and Dispute Resolution
8.1. OnTimeBoost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
8.2. Any disputes will be primarily resolved through negotiation via email (OnTimeBoost2020@gmail.com). If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
